Today is a good day. I woke up this
morning and decided to weigh-in... Today is my first official day after summer
vacation.
After last day of school, two weeks of bad eating and out of control food
behavior, I was horrified to weigh. What. The. Hell..
My main goals were to drink 2L of water each day, control eating junks (not
necessarily restrict what I ate), not OVER eat, and exercise when I could LOL…
Luckily this semester I am a games teacher, where I will play and jump with students
everytime. I am also teaching HPE(Health and Physical Education) to students.
So
it's on. Today I am more determined than ever
